Privacy Policy

SmartRaket Campaign Lab ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data in connection with our campaign services.

1. Data we collect

From clients (business customers): business name, email address, campaign URLs, briefs and guidelines, and payment metadata. Full payment card data is processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers.

From community members (participants): masked identifiers for delivery tracking and quality review. Delivery reports contain proof excerpts and pseudonymized identifiers only.

From website visitors: standard analytics data via Cloudflare (IP address, user agent, referring URL, page views). Retained for 30 days.

2. How we use your data

We use collected data to: (a) deliver your campaign, (b) send delivery reports and invoices, (c) support billing disputes, (d) maintain platform security, (e) comply with legal obligations. We do not sell client personal data.

3. Data sharing

We engage the following third-party processors:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Tally.so — form hosting for campaign briefs
• Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, and web analytics

4. Data retention

Client campaign data retained for 12 months after completion, then deleted. Payment metadata retained for 5 years per tax regulations. Analytics logs retained for 30 days.

5. Your rights

You have the right to: access, correct, erase, object to processing, and data portability of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at campaigns@smartraket.ph.

6. Data security

We implement technical and organizational measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and regular backup. No method of Internet transmission is 100% secure.

7. Changes

Material changes will be notified via the website or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
