Terms of Service

1. Service
SmartRaket Campaign Lab ("we") arranges participation by real individuals in the SmartRaket PH community to complete campaign testing tasks on your behalf. We provide human review of proofs and a delivery report. We do not guarantee social media algorithm results, reach, sales, or follower growth.
2. Target volume (not guaranteed)
Packages state target delivery volumes, not guaranteed minimums. Actual delivery volume depends on participant availability and quality approval rates. If we cannot fill all slots after good-faith efforts within the stated window, unused capacity is credited to your account (usable within 90 days) for a future campaign.
3. Payments & refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel and receive a full refund within 24 hours of payment if you have not yet submitted a complete campaign brief. After we start your campaign, payments are final.
If our actual delivery falls materially short of the target (less than 70% of target volume), you may request a proportional refund or credit at your option.
4. Pacing
Participations are released at a paced rate (approximately 10 per hour per campaign type) unless a custom schedule is agreed in writing.
5. Third-party platforms
We are not responsible for actions by Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, or other platforms, including content removal, reach reduction, or account restrictions.
6. Prohibited campaigns
We may refuse or cancel campaigns involving illegal products, hate, deception, fixed spam scripts, engagement bait, or excessive privacy collection. Sensitive industries (crypto, gaming, lending, political) require admin approval before payment.
7. Brief & content
You are responsible for URLs and guidelines you provide. Misleading briefs may be rejected without refund if not yet started.
8. Delivery acceptance
Delivery reports are sent by email. Raise disputes within 48 hours. Silence after 48 hours constitutes acceptance of delivery.
